Great host. Very helpful and friendly. Location and accommodations as described. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting a quieter place to stay .Nous avons adoré nos vacances à cette appartement. L'appartement est spacieux et propre. La chambre est muni d'un lit king et d'une télévision avec le câble. La cuisine est muni de tous les équipements nécessaire pour se confectionner de bons repas. Le sofa se transforme en lit. La terrasse sur le toit est à couper le souffle. Il y a une piscine, deux tables, une douche, une toilette, un bbq et deux sofa. Lors de nos vacances nous étions les seuls a utiliser la terrasse. L'appartement est a 10 minutes de la 5 avenue et 15 minutes de la plage. La location est parfaite puisque nous sommes assez éloigné pour ne pas entendre les bruits des bars de la 5 mais on se rend facilement (10 minutes de marche) a la 5 avenue. L'endroit est sécuritaire et Alessandro s'occupe de vous et répond a toutes vos questions.
Je recommande d avantage de louer cette appartement plutôt qu un tout inclus car vous aurez la chance de profiter de la tranquillité de la terrasse et de vitalité de la 5 avenue.Loved the apartment and location! Alessandro was a great host with the check-in going smoothly and Alessandro supplying us with extra water and soap for the apartment.
The apartment itself was comfortable, modern and spacious. The rooftop terrace with the pool area is definitely the pick of the lot. Access to one of the best part of the 5th avenue (in terms of restaurants and beach) is 5-10 minute walk away.
I would definitely recommend renting this apartment.Great apartment, clean & 10 minutes walk from the beach. Really good and cheap restaurants not too far. Great seafood at Los Aguachiles, fantastic tacos de lengua at the Arandas taqueria on the corner of Constituyentes and 10av. You can afterwards enjoy a tasty michelada next door.Alessandro fue muy atento y amable durante nuestra estadía; nos dio varias recomendaciones que nos fueron muy útiles y fue muy flexible con nuestra llegada y partida. El departamento es hermoso (justo como en las fotos), muy cómodo y muy cerca de la diversión; esta a solo unas cuadras de la 5ta avenida y del mar. A large shopping centre 5 mins walk away and very close to the beach, restaurants and 5th Ave where it all happens. The unit was great, had everything we needed for 2 weeks to cook and clean for ourselves. Alessandro was very helpful too!The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. It's very comfortable, no extra stuff you don't need and clean. Has the most quiet air conditioners I've ever seen! Close to the beach and to the "new" 5th ave where there are nice restaurants and cafes. It's 25' easy walk from the bus station and 5' to a big supermarket. Do you want to try a local tacos place? Go to "El Fogon", 30 N ave and 34 str. We spent a week in Playa and we highly recommend this place.Alessandro was very helpful. The condo was nice, and relatively spacious for a one bedroom. The rooftop pool/tanning area made the stay extra special. I would definitely recommend La Dolce Vida condominiums. 🙂The Condo was great. We had an issue with the AC unit in the bedroom but Alessandro was quick to help us and got it working for us in no time. The location was great. Only a few blocks away from all the action of 5th Ave. and the beach. We had a great stay and would recommend.The true bonus of the flat is the roof top swimming pool which is very great in the evening for relaxing.
Alessandro was an excellent host, he was always answering our messages and reacts very quickly.
I had a great stay at the apartment. I was only about 10 minute walk to the beach which is right near to 5th Avenue. Also the road nearby the apartment had great local restaurants to eat. I was in town to finish my college exams and to have a nice vacation. Also finished Scuba Diving Courses. The roof top gave me privacy to enjoy my evening to read a book or my University reports with a beer or mojito. Alessandro had great recommendations where to go enjoy my evening. I will be renting from him again. If there was any issues he took care of it immediately. The apartment was great! Clean and kept together. Neighbourhood was completely safe and secure. Also the internet he provided at no extra cost was always working and fast. I will be for sure renting from him again when I visit the area in the future. Also will be recommending his apartments to my friends.
Also staying in apartment will save you money in the long run for your vacation.
